You may be eligible for a leave of absence for various reasons, with programs available to help provide income during your time away.

Our tracking-free time off program (TFTO) is a market-leading benefit in healthcare with enhanced freedom and flexibility.

elegibilidad

  • Exempt corporate team members1
  • Manager-level and above who are exempt
  • Advanced Practice Professionals (APPs)
  • This program excludes team members who are 7 on/7 off, PRN, Shift Providers, TDA, contingent or contract workers, and physicians

1 Corporate defined as those in the following job families:  Community Affairs, Corporate Governance, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Informatics, Information Technology (IT), Marketing/Sales, Office/Clerical, Revenue Cycle and Supply Chain as well as employees in company “Baylor Scott & White Health” (999).

2 Time off prorated based on hire date and FTE.

3 If absence extends beyond one week, time off due to illness/injury may be paid under the voluntary STD plan, if coverage elected and the disability claim is approved.

Physician time off practices are aligned across our Medical Groups and designed to support ease and flexibility in scheduling time away.
